Refund and cancellation
  • Open: Tuesdays To Sundays – 10:00 AM TO 7:00 PM. (Mondays Closed)
  • The Heritage Transport Museum tickets are valid for one day only.
  • Tickets once sold are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Tickets are valid for the day selected at the time of online booking.
  • Children must be always supervised by parents/adults during the museum visit
  • No Tickets are required for children below 3 years.
  • Heritage Transport Museum will not be responsible for the loss or damage of articles/Food/Bags/Shopping Bags kept at the reception desk, within its premises or with Security

Heritage Transport Museum reserves the rights to use pictures and videos taken within Museum premises.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED: BAGS/SHOPPING BAGS, WEAPONS FIREARMS, KNIFE, EATABLES, BEVERAGES, PAN-MASALA, GUTHKA, INFLAMMABLE OBJECT LIGHTER/MATCHBOXES, ALCOHOL, AND HELMET.

NO SMOKING, NO FOOD & DRINKS FROM OUTSIDE ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MUSEUM. SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE DESIGNATED OPEN AREAS ONLY.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Museum Website

Museum Entry Tickets once sold are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We value your interest in the events, exhibitions, and workshops organized by the Museum. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a smooth process while accommodating unforeseen circumstances.

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend an event, exhibition, or workshop, you may nominate someone else to attend in your place.

Substitutions must be arranged with the Museum management in advance and requires written confirmation.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend and wish to cancel your registration, you must inform the Museum Management in writing before the final payment deadline as displayed on the Heritage Transport Museum website.

Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event. Partial Refund: If cancellation is made within 15 days before the event an administrative fee of a specific amount will be deducted. No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 10 days before the event or in case of a no-show.

Additional Terms

Refunds will be processed within 10-15 days and credited to the original method of payment. Museum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, exhibitions, or workshops. In such cases, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
