Subject to compliance with our Terms and conditions, Heritage Transport Museum grants personal, revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and the use of Museum websites conditioned with continued acceptance of Terms of Use. Museum websites have the right to restrict or suspend any user’s access to the websites.
Registration and the slot for the Museum will only be finalized or confirmed once we receive the payment. We may have three modes of registration options.
Registration can be completed from the respective website through credit or debit card with international transaction facility through secure online payment gateways. Also, through credit card authorization the online registration can be done.
For offline registration the user will be provided with the bank account details with their billing details to complete registration. Please quote your invoice number as a reference. The confirmation will be provided once we receive the payment.
Registration can be completed at the venue of the Museum. The acceptable mode of payment is by cash or through credit card authorization.
Invitation letters will be provided to only those who are registered for the Events/Exhibitions/Workshops.
Heritage Transport Museum have the right to change the policies without any prior notice as last minute changes. The Organizer holds the sole right to cancel or postpone the Events/Exhibitions/Workshops in case of natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, pandemic, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances and the same will be intimated to the attendees from the respective program managers. Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an Events/Exhibitions/Workshops which will be beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities. If the Events/Exhibitions/Workshops is cancelled or postponed due to the cause which will be beyond control of the organizer the registrations remain valid for the next future Events/Exhibitions/Workshops. The registration will automatically carry forward to the future Events/Exhibitions/Workshops. Refund Policies will not be applicable in these cases. Liability of personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the Events/Exhibitions/Workshops will not be accepted by the organizer.
The process of refund initiation will take 30-45 working days and through the original mode which the registrant is paid during registration. The processed refund may take up to 10-15 business working days to get reflected in the account or statement.
The attendee will be solely responsible for all their belongings at the venue. Whatever be the reason the organizer will not be responsible for any stolen or missing items of attendees.
Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to Heritage Transport Museum and our customers. We support the protection of client and consumers’ privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business.
Before clients can receive mail from us, advertising, or promotions, the client must have agreed to receive such messages. Any recipient may request at any time to be removed from our list, and we will comply with that request. In addition, we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by recipients relating to unsolicited messages.
We require that all emails from the Museum Website are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Web site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination. Unsubscribe any time - We require that each email message sent out from Events/Exhibitions/Workshops includes an easy way for subscribers to remove themselves via an unsubscribe link or by replying to the email with unsubscribe. If you receive a newsletter or email and decide you don’t like it, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
By registering for the Events/Exhibitions/Workshops you grant permission to Museum to portrait, record, and use your name, likeness, image, and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit, and/or digitize the ensuing pictures and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation. Taking pictures and/or videotaping throughout any session is prohibited. If not interested in sharing your picture on a website for promotion, you can write it down in the email.
